District Sales Manager – Southern California
Bosch
• Maintain and expand relationships with System Integrators and local Dealers • Grow share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio • Achieve a sales quota and objectives for local, national and global partners • Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products • Establish productive relationships within branch networks of Accounts • Utilize CRM tool for key contacts, call schedule, customer engagement • Develop and manage project pipeline to drive incremental revenue • Attend regional road shows and trade association meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales preferred
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceptualize and implement strategic market/product planning
- Strong team player with self-confidence to drive the product business
- Must reside in Southern California and travel 70% of the time
