Product Solutions Consultant
CoverGo
Role Description CoverGo is looking for a Product Solutions Consultant to lead the solution-consulting and product demonstration experience across the sales cycle. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Delivery, you will: - Run tailored platform demos, facilitate discovery and solution-design workshops, and translate insurer requirements into compelling, configured demonstrations of the CoverGo platform. - Actively use AI tools as a force multiplier — to draft faster, research deeper, and operate at a pace that keeps up with a high-velocity sales environment. - Engage both technical evaluators and C-level decision-makers, confidently owning the technical narrative that wins enterprise insurance deals. Key responsibilities include: - Lead tailored product demonstrations of the CoverGo platform across health, life, and P&C use cases, adapting the story to each insurer's priorities. - Design and facilitate discovery calls, solution-design sessions, and client workshops to understand, analyze, and clarify requirements and scope. - Build and configure proof-of-concept insurance products in the CoverGo platform to showcase capabilities and features to clients. - Use AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted research) as a core part of the workflow — to generate demo scripts, draft RFP/RFI responses, produce proposals, and accelerate content turnaround across the presales cycle. - Partner with the Sales team throughout the sales conversion process, providing solution consulting that advances and closes opportunities. - Translate client requirements into solution overviews, value propositions, and techno-commercial proposals. - Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering/Delivery teams on feasibility, effort estimation, and the best solution approach for each client. - Support the handover to the Delivery team once deals are closed-won, and help lead project kick-off meetings. - Provide enablement and training to develop clients' usage of the platform through technical information and guidance. - Build and maintain a reusable library of demo assets, templates, and a presales knowledge base to scale the function and reduce repeat effort. - Any other task that may be assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Technology, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales business analysis. - Strong experience working in the insurance or insurtech industry is required. - Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent LLM-based tools) and the ability to apply them practically to presales workflows such as demo prep, content creation, and proposal writing is required. - Demonstrated experience delivering demos, workshops, and presentations to enterprise and C-level audiences. - Solid understanding of insurance business processes across at least one line of business (e.g. product setup, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, billing, renewals, and/or claims). - Experience configuring and demonstrating SaaS platforms; exposure to no-code or low-code platforms is an advantage. - Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities in written and verbal English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. - Strong storytelling ability able to make platform value tangible and relevant to each audience. - Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to engage an audience. Benefits - International Environment. - Health Insurance. - Company activities and team offsites. - Diverse, talented and fun team to work with. - Open communication and flat hierarchy. - Global mobility opportunities. - Training and development plan.
