Role Description The Technical Services team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third-party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation. This team helps clients achieve a successful go-live experience by coordinating internal and external stakeholders to complete activities that enable the transmission of business-critical data such as benefits enrollment, COBRA, payroll contributions, and HR demographic information to third-party vendors. As a Technical Services Consultant, you will be part of a business segment team supporting client implementation projects across North America. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and leverage the broader team’s expertise while working in a supportive and highly collaborative environment. We are seeking experienced consultants who can confidently manage multiple files and implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. Role Description The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for attaining all department goals by consulting consumers through the loan application, follow-up, interest rate lock, and through the loan closing process. Other responsibilities include communicating with Realtors, Mortgage Operations team, and Customer Experience team. - Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to produce maximum loan closings per month. - Use sales skills to convert pipeline into locked loans while maintaining margin goals. - Interact with consumers to obtain required loan documentation. - Work closely with team members (i.e. Processors, Closers) to exceed production goals while providing excellent customer service. - Gather pertinent loan application data and build consumer relationships. - Apply technical knowledge of the mortgage industry to assist consumers in making sophisticated loan decisions. - Partner and manage relationships with current & past consumers, Realtors, Customer Experience team, Corporate Clients & Directors, and other outside parties. - Maintain a superior working knowledge of current programs, products, and guidelines. - Complete ongoing continuing education to maintain required state licensing & other professional designations. Role Description We are looking for a skilled Consultant – Reporting & Analytics to join our team and support our existing Dayforce HCM client base. In this role, you'll scope, document, develop, test, and deliver billable Reporting and Analytics solutions across various HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll, WFM Organization Structure, and SQL-based reporting. You will collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
