National Account Manager
Savant Systems
• Own the full Amazon business across our smart‑home portfolio and GE‑branded lighting lines. • Accelerate growth and ensure our products lead the category in visibility, conversion, and customer experience. • Lead the Amazon business with full P&L responsibility. • Build annual and quarterly business plans aligned with GE Lighting’s innovation roadmap. • Develop strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers, Amazon Ads POC and agency partners. • Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution goals through disciplined pricing and promotional planning. • Manage operational health including chargebacks, shortages, OTIF, fill rate, and inventory forecasting. • Ensure best‑in‑class product detail pages by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative teams. • Build and manage Amazon Advertising strategies to drive efficient growth. • Use Amazon Retail Analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across categories. • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support new product introductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 1+ years of Amazon account management experience.
- 3+ years of account management experience in the consumer electronics, smart-home, or CPG industries.
- Deep understanding of Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Amazon data tools, and performance dashboards.
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth in a fast‑paced, highly competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and operate with an ownership mindset.
