Summary of Position The position is a key member of the corporate consolidation FP&A team that will be guiding business leaders on monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and operating plans. Will consolidate and review departmental budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with company and segment objections. Analyze monthly financial results, variance and trends; providing actionable insight to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop new metrics to measure business performance. Heavily involved with ad hoc analyses, modeling and planning, such as cash flow, compensation models, headcount/workforce planning. Lastly, will support development, designing and implementing processes and controls of financial systems and tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Gain a holistic understanding of the entire organization through exposure to all aspects of the P&L, as well as key drivers for member acquisition, retention, and engagement - Become a subject matter expert on assigned parts of the business - Consolidate financial data from the team - Consolidate financial data from various financial planning teams - Create reports for manager and senior leadership - Workforce planning - Assist business leaders on monthly forecasting - Help compile the annual operating plan for the business - Assist leadership on ad hoc reports and analysis - Be prepared to discuss company financial performance with manager and executives - Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing reporting and business intelligence efforts Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports initially. Potential for future people management responsibilities. Qualifications Required for Position - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance - Must possess strong analytical, communication, organizational and collaboration skills - Must be able to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines - Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management - High motivation and strong customer focus - Quick learner with a proven track record and ability to work in a dynamic environment - Solid knowledge of financial reporting and planning systems and processes in Oracle or similar - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications Preferred for Position - Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree required preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics. - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
