• Work within a Bank-Channel specific region(s) to play a pivotal role within the Sales team, providing sales support from transaction identification to closing. • Oversee all administrative activity for the Region team, including transaction inputs, review of pricing and rate locks, proposal generation, asset management request, and providing the KEF credit submission form for Bank underwriting. • Review credit approvals prior to completion to ensure accuracy of all transaction variables. • Establish relationships with client operations staff to ensure complete and accurate documentation submittals through the collection of invoices, proof of payment, insurance, required UCC releases and other factors as identified. • Participate in cross functional activities and act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (credit, asset management, pricing, contract/account managers, bankers, etc.) for transaction structuring and submittals through the entire sales process to closing.

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems • Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios • Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management • Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues • Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively

• Develop and execute local community engagement plans aligned with CRA and Community Benefits Plan (CBP) goals. • Identify critical community needs and mitigate reputational risk. • Build partnerships to support CRA-eligible lending, investment, and financial education. • Serve as KeyBank’s external-facing advocate and liaison in the community. • Monitor CRA performance and collaborate with business lines to improve outcomes. • Participate in the Community Investment Committee and market planning initiatives. • Align efforts with CRA Data Analytics, ESG, and Sustainability teams. • Coordinate with the KeyBank Foundation to align philanthropic investments with CRA goals. • Partner with LOB leaders to inform market strategies and address reputational risks. • Support marketing and communications efforts to promote community impact. • Identify business referral opportunities and educate community leaders about KeyBank. • Participate in branch strategy and advocate for CRA knowledge sharing. • Lead or support local initiatives, DEI efforts, sponsorships, and employee volunteerism.

• Actively manages a portfolio of clients within the entry end of the Business Banking segment. • Effectively manage the client relationship by selling and promoting a broad array of financial products and services. • Proactively call on a portfolio of assigned clients within set interval periods to address service or business-related needs. • Promote and cross-market products and services to clients. • Review financial statements, assess credit lines, and renew loans. • Identify opportunities to lend in the form of a business loan and complete associated lending responsibilities. • Aggressively maintain client retention and mitigate profitable client run-off.

• Lead Fraud Solutions across products, client segments, and channels • Serve as the primary representative of Fraud Solutions with enterprise partners and leadership • Manage a high-performing team of experienced fraud policy and risk management professionals • Drive forward-looking risk discussions vs. reactive issue management in governance forums • Ensure fraud risks are clearly articulated in business terms • Establish yourself as the trusted, go-to partner across EFS by building and maintaining strong relationships

• Receive inbound calls regarding retail fraud from internal teams, clients, and external institutions • Act as the main liaison between various business lines and clients to facilitate fraud prevention • Review account activity, place security holds, and set up passcodes as necessary • Create, document, and escalate fraud alerts, and build case files for investigation • Provide timely information to clients regarding their claims • Collaborate with different departments within the fraud division • Complete forms to return unauthorized items and perform other tasks or special projects as needed

• Develop and validate predictive and machine-learning models for specific business needs • Use traditional statistical methods and machine learning to develop, monitor, maintain, and implement models for various business applications • Assess and challenge data preparation practices and engage with data stewards to ensure data quality • Identify and articulate observations based on structured assessments of analytical outcomes • Review deliverables and proactively coach others on approach and work product

• Conduct individual credit file reviews to assess the quality of underwriting and portfolio management activities. • Independently validate and adjust risk ratings as necessary. • Perform active, dynamic, and comprehensive credit risk intelligence. • Identify loans with potential or well-defined weaknesses. • Perform timely and comprehensive analysis to identify trends affecting loan portfolio quality. • Assess adequacy and adherence to internal credit policies and procedures. • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of credit review methodologies and regulatory expectations. • Lead a team of reviewers, conduct reviews of credit portfolios, and provide appropriate review and challenge.

• Develops or enhances existing driver based forecast models to predict financial performance under different scenarios and reduces limitations related to qualitative overlays • Owns the monthly forecast process with Line of Business partner and provides oversight to business performance versus Plan and actuals with the ability to quickly identify risks and opportunities to the forecast • Ability to build nuanced business cases to manage new investments into AI as well as the associated benefits of new capabilities • Creates reporting to track progress relative to gearing models and strategic initiatives • Provides perspective on external benchmarks to business performance and strategic positioning • Strategic partner to the Head of Commercial Onboarding and Servicing and to the entire Commercial Bank Leadership Team • Partners with the Line of Business and Finance teams to provide insight and transparency into performance relative to strategic priorities and key performance metrics • Presents to senior leadership on a quarterly or monthly basis with a focus on translating business driver trends to forward looking risks and opportunities • Proactively reviews financials/client activity and works closely with Line of Business partners to elevate critical topics for monthly business reviews • Lead and develop a high performing team of analysts • Provides support around month-end close including variance analysis and impact to future performance • Proactively seek out opportunities to eliminate inefficient or redundant activities and reporting • Continuously identifies areas where manual processes can be transformed to automated or self-service activities • Supports Finance initiatives as needed
