Role Description We're looking for a motivated accounting intern to join our finance team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual assigned sales bookings goals within assigned K-12 school districts and education agencies • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and win new district partnerships and new logo sales opportunities • Personally contact and engage senior K-12 education leaders, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum & Instruction Leaders, and Technology Directors, to understand their key challenges and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic partner in driving student engagement and improved learning outcomes • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities using Dreamscape Learn’s structured sales methodology and best practices • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, communications, and contacts in Salesforce.com • Rapidly follow up on inbound leads and proactively prospect for new business through direct outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, conference engagement, and referrals • Effectively communicate and present the Dreamscape Learn value proposition to prospective district and school leaders, delivering compelling presentations and customized proposals both virtually and in person • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Dreamscape Learn’s products, implementation models, and real-world use cases within K-12 classrooms • Manage key sales administrative processes, including preparation of pricing estimates, proposals, contracts, and accurate sales forecasts • Communicate regularly with the SVP, Academic Partnerships regarding pipeline health, sales performance, district engagement strategies, and competitive insights.

• Exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings goals • Engage with Superintendents and their leadership teams to fully qualify sales opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic solution to mission-critical challenges • Establish deep executive-level client relationships that position Dreamscape Learn as a transformational partner versus traditional edtech vendor • Build and manage an ever-growing pipeline of qualified K12 sales opportunities to consistently attain revenue growth and market expansion objectives • Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales colleagues to create and execute successful lead generation campaigns and events to fill sales funnel • Work with executive leadership to help shape Dreamscape Learn’s K12 growth strategy, market positioning, and long-term expansion initiatives that strengthen Dreamscape Learn’s national presence and category leadership • Provide executive leadership with market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback that help inform product direction, go-to-market evolution, and long-term company strategy

Dreamscape Learn is seeking a Manager of Educator Enablement to lead the development of high-quality, scalable training materials that support instructors in successfully implementing our curriculum across K–12 and higher education settings. This role is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and instructionally sound training resources—including videos, overviews, and implementation guides—that enable educators to adopt and use our products with minimal direct support. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in instructional design, a sharp eye for content quality, and the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive, educator-friendly materials. Key Responsibilities Educator Training & Content Development - Design and produce high-quality training materials, including: - Short-form instructional videos - One-pagers and quick-start guides - Implementation and onboarding resources - Ensure all materials are clear, engaging, and usable without live facilitation - Establish templates and standards for scalable, consistent training content - Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce support burden - Iterate on materials based on educator feedback and implementation data - Build a scalable library of training resources that supports growth across partners Educator Enablement & Support - Serve as a resource for customers on how to best implement our curriculum, during implementation and throughout the customer journey as needed. - Translate customer needs and challenges into improved training materials - Collaborate with Partner Success and Product teams to identify gaps in educator support - Acts as the voice of the educator, translating implementation challenges into product and experience improvements Instructional Design - Apply best practices in instructional design to support adult learners (educators and faculty) - Structure content to reduce cognitive load and support independent use - Align materials to real classroom and implementation contexts - Ensure accessibility and usability across all materials (WCAG-aligned)
