In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IAM solutions while being hands-on with all technical aspects of implementation, integration, testing, and support. Location: India Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote What You'll Do: - Install, integrate, configure, and customize Saviynt IAM solutions within enterprise environments - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical IAM solutions - Configure identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, RBAC, and governance workflows - Perform application onboarding activities across connected, disconnected, and API-based integrations - Develop use cases, perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance activities - Execute regression testing, SIT testing, and validation activities for IAM implementations - Integrate enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, and other target applications - Conduct technical walkthroughs, demonstrations, and presentations of Saviynt configurations and OOTB capabilities - Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical issues and implementation challenges - Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, test plans, and user documentation - Participate in implementation planning, deployment activities, and post-production support - Contribute to delivery best practices, reusable templates, and implementation standards Who We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or enterprise software implementation - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt - Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, RBAC, and access governance - Experience onboarding applications across connected, disconnected, and custom integrations - Extensive knowledge of IAM concepts, identity management, and account provisioning/maintenance - Working knowledge of Saviynt or other Identity Management platforms - Experience integrating with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise systems - Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, and Web/Application Servers - Hands-on experience configuring and customizing IAM products - Experience working with databases including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and Sybase - Experience setting up and supporting IAM platforms on Windows and Unix/Linux environments - Familiarity with QA activities including regression testing, SIT testing, test cases, and test plans - Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills - Experience working in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field required - English language proficiency required Nice-to-Have Skills: - Saviynt certifications - Experience with REST APIs and web service integrations - Familiarity with cloud IAM and hybrid identity environments - Exposure to ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or HRMS integrations - Experience with compliance, audit, and governance-driven IAM implementations - Knowledge of scripting or automation technologies - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices #LI-AS1 Why You'll Love Working Here At KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
