Mission : Garantir la fiabilité, la fluidité et la performance de la machine commerciale de Beem : - Structurer la donnée, automatiser les opérations, piloter les KPIs et alerter sur les décrochages, pour que les équipes SDR et commerciales se concentrent sur la vente. Vos responsabilités : - Suivi quotidien & codification : assurer le suivi quotidien de l'activité, la codification et la qualité des données saisies par les SDR et les commerciaux. - Process & culture écrite : mettre à jour et formaliser les process commerciaux. Tout process doit être écrit, versionné et accessible. - Automatisation : automatiser au maximum les tâches récurrentes (reporting, relances, enrichissement, codification). - KPIs & tableaux de bord : concevoir, fiabiliser et maintenir les KPIs et les dashboards de pilotage commercial. - Suivi du cycle de vente & alertes : superviser l'activité sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente et alerter en cas de décrochage (pipeline, conversion, vélocité). - Gestion de la capacité commerciale : dimensionner et piloter la capacité de l'équipe pour traiter les flux de leads entrants et sortants. Qualifications - HubSpot : maîtrise avancée du CRM : workflows, propriétés, séquences, reporting. - BigQuery / SQL : requêtage autonome, croisement de sources, modélisation de la donnée commerciale. - Intégration IA : savoir intégrer l'IA dans les workflows commerciaux (qualification, scoring, synthèse, enrichissement). - Outils d'automatisation : no-code / low-code (Make, Zapier, n8n…) pour connecter les outils et supprimer les tâches manuelles. Requirements - Autonome : capable de prendre un sujet en charge de bout en bout, sans supervision rapprochée. - Force de proposition : détecte les irritants, propose et challenge les améliorations. - Culture écrite : documente naturellement ; écrit clair, structuré et réutilisable. - Rigueur & fiabilité data : exigeant sur la qualité et la traçabilité de la donnée.
