• Field sales – regular on-site visits and telephone support of the existing customer base • Price calculations for demand and costing enquiries and preparation of quotations • Clarification of availability for requested products • Administrative processing of enquiries and projects • Follow-up on demand enquiries / project tracking • Verification of order confirmations with regard to agreed prices / price commitments • Annual contract negotiations and administrative handling of contracts • Acquisition of new customers and associated tasks • Technical and commercial acquisition of construction projects • Handling of complaints and claims • Coordination of marketing measures for these customer groups (in cooperation with the Technical Area Manager) and the Marketing Department
Job Requirements
- Technical degree and/or vocational training (particularly in civil engineering/construction)
- Several years of sales experience in a similar industry desirable
- Knowledge of the industry or related sectors: plastics, construction, insulation materials
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel; valid driving license (Class B or equivalent) required
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Communicative, goal-oriented, independent, reliable, and quick to grasp new information
