Job Description

Claims Account Manager II

ICW Group

• Serve as main point of contact for customers, brokers, and account executives • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues and complaints • Investigate customer complaints and provide timely resolutions • Maintain relationships with clients and listen to build value • Coordinate efforts with Medical Provider Network contacts • Participate in marketing for prospective business • Prepare customer care reports and analyze findings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in claims or insurance-related area
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Claims
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
