Director, Marketing Insights – Technology

• Develop and implement the enterprise marketing analytics vision and roadmap to optimize investment performance across paid, owned, and earned media • Build scalable frameworks for campaign measurement, attribution, learning agendas, and continuous optimization • Partner with Finance and Brand to establish ROI models that link marketing outcomes directly to business impact — pipeline, revenue, retention • Own performance reporting infrastructure: dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI frameworks across all marketing functions • Enhance digital infrastructure and integrations to unify data across the Martech stack — including Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, Adobe, and emerging AI platforms • Lead the AI & Insights pillar in partnership with the team, supporting intelligent workflow automation and agentic marketing capabilities • Oversee the Lead Flow & Systems pillar — driving end-to-end lead flow, sleep flow, renewal workflows, and system integrations in partnership with CS • Establish and maintain a lead scoring model that drives smarter pipeline prioritization and upload decisions • Champion an AI-native, test-and-learn mindset across the marketing organization — driving agility, accountability, and innovation • Support the development and scaling of agentic marketing workflows, including campaign optimization, intent scoring, and automated reporting • Identify and pilot emerging AI and automation capabilities that accelerate growth and reduce manual effort
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations — ideally in a B2B enterprise software or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success building and scaling analytics and operations functions from the ground up
- Prior experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CFO, CRO) and translating data into executive-level narratives
- Experience managing or partnering closely with Martech teams across platforms including Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, and Adobe
