Role Description The Senior Electrical Specialist serves as ON.energy’s qualifying master electrician of record in the State of Texas and the on-site electrical subject matter expert for AI UPS deployments at hyperscale data center campuses. Holding (and “hanging”) an active Texas Master Commercial Electrician license under ON.energy for the duration of employment is a core function of the role and a condition of hire. This is a high-travel, hands-on field role and an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The Specialist is the primary escalation path for electrical issues during commissioning — validating workmanship and code compliance, witnessing and signing off on key electrical tests, and driving issues to resolution with EPCs, AHJs, utilities, and OEMs on aggressive schedules. The ideal candidate brings deep field electrical experience and the authority to hold the line on safety and code compliance. Key Responsibilities - License of Record & Electrical Authority - Serve as ON.energy’s qualifying master electrician of record in Texas. - Act as the on-site electrical subject matter expert and primary escalation path for electrical issues during commissioning. - Coach EPC field crews and ON.energy field staff on electrical safety, code compliance, and quality standards. - Field Inspection & Verification - Travel to project sites across the U.S. to investigate and resolve electrical issues. - Validate that installations meet NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, AHJ, and ON.energy standards. - Witness, verify, and sign off on key electrical commissioning activities. - Ensure all work is compliant with relevant codes and internal standards. - Coordination & Issue Resolution - Partner with EPC contractors, electrical subcontractors, utility representatives, AHJs, and OEM field service engineers. - Review electrical drawings and flag issues back to engineering before they reach the field. - Permits & Documentation - Pull, sponsor, and close out electrical permits as required by AHJs. - Capture electrical findings, deficiencies, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions. Qualifications - Active Texas Master Electrician license — Commercial (in good standing). - Willingness to serve as ON.energy’s qualifying master electrician of record in Texas. - 10+ years of progressive electrical experience. - Hands-on experience with medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems. - Direct field experience with large-scale electrical equipment. - Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and OSHA standards. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation. - Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions on active construction sites. - Strong written documentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel to project sites across the U.S. at least 50% of the time. - Valid U.S. driver’s license. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills. Requirements - Experience commissioning BESS, AI UPS, solar, wind, or other utility-scale energy infrastructure projects. - Experience working on EPC or design-build projects in critical infrastructure. - Familiarity with commissioning protocols and QA/QC procedures for electrical systems. - Reciprocal master electrician licenses in additional U.S. states. - Familiarity with power system study tools such as ETAP or SKM. - OSHA 30, NFPA 70E qualified person training, CPR/First Aid, and similar field safety certifications. - Prior experience as the qualifying master electrician of record for an electrical contractor. • You will help us translate real electrical workflows into product requirements and validation checks: • Define how electrical scope is developed and validated during FEED • Review and validate electrical inputs and equipment requirements across early phase packages • Create repeatable checks that catch inconsistencies across load assumptions, equipment needs, and package interfaces • Map where electrical rework happens and what typically causes it • Clarify interfaces with Mechanical packages, Instrumentation, and overall project constraints • Identify which steps are repetitive vs which require real engineering judgement • Your experience will help define the checks, workflows, and product requirements that let software take on the repetitive parts, with engineers in control.

• Provide applied electrical engineering and technical expertise for customers • Perform power system engineering assessments of electric power systems • Assess results and prepare written reports of findings and proposals • Perform electrical design improvements primarily to support upgrades • Meet customers on-site and review and identify their needs • Provide Engineering cost estimates and bid proposals • Provide technical support and quality control for assigned projects • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

As a Principal, you will have overall responsibility for the growth, management, and profitability of the sector. You will lead the strategic direction from a regional perspective and liaise with other regional and global leaders to collaborate on initiatives. You will prepare annual forecasts based on the market climate and objectives of the sector, make adjustments throughout the year as necessary and report on their results on a regular basis to senior management. Candidates may be located across Canada. Responsibility for acquiring work with fees totaling more than $2M is typical for this level. Duties and Responsibilities - Identify, analyze and pursue potential business opportunities with existing and prospective clients to maximize growth and increase market share. - Prepare, implement and oversee the sector marketing plan according to corporate growth objectives for the year. - Set realistic and attainable goals for business development; monitors progress on a regular basis. - Liaise with senior management teams to develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to increase growth, geographic expansion, and market diversification. - Ensure appropriate coordination and communications within studios in collaboration with Studio Managers. - Assume a liaison role with other regional groups to align standards, capabilities and strategic direction. - Perform continual reviews and makes recommendations on business procedures and methods of practices. - Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure in-depth knowledge of factors affecting the marketplace and develops action plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate the impact of risk on the business.
