Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. - Five (5) years administrative support experience in an executive level position or a combination of education and experience. - Project and/or program management experience preferred. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters. - Ability to work independently with no supervision. - Proven organizational skills, self-starter, multi-tasker. - Ability to meet numerous deadlines and work with frequent disruptions. - Proven experience driving complex projects. - Proven skills in math, business English, grammar, and meeting minutes. - Experience in maintaining effective public relations. - Ability to quickly learn new software applications effectively. - Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications. - Attention to detail and good systemic thinking.
