Senior Electrical Engineer – Preconstruction

• You will help us translate real electrical workflows into product requirements and validation checks: • Define how electrical scope is developed and validated during FEED • Review and validate electrical inputs and equipment requirements across early phase packages • Create repeatable checks that catch inconsistencies across load assumptions, equipment needs, and package interfaces • Map where electrical rework happens and what typically causes it • Clarify interfaces with Mechanical packages, Instrumentation, and overall project constraints • Identify which steps are repetitive vs which require real engineering judgement • Your experience will help define the checks, workflows, and product requirements that let software take on the repetitive parts, with engineers in control.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years at an EPC, PMC, or owner operator
  • Strong understanding of FEED and early detailed design electrical workflows
  • Experience with typical downstream electrical deliverables (load lists, equipment requirements, distribution concepts)
  • Knowledge of NFPA, IEC, IEEE, or similar standards
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies across equipment requirements and vendor packages
  • Clear understanding of cross discipline dependencies
  • Experience with brownfield tie ins and constrained power systems (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with hazardous area driven requirements in downstream facilities (Nice to Have)
  • Interest in AI or automation (Nice to Have)

Role Description We are currently seeking a motivated and highly collaborative Principal of Business Development within our Engineering Studio. As a Principal, you will have overall responsibility for the growth, management, and profitability of the sector. You will lead the strategic direction from a regional perspective and liaise with other regional and global leaders to collaborate on initiatives.
