• Develop and execute partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for strategic enterprise partners and Systems Integrators. • Create scalable frameworks and resources that accelerate partner adoption and engagement. • Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives with global partners. • Drive integrated campaigns, events, and partner-led marketing activities that support ecosystem growth and business objectives. • Manage executive engagement programs with senior partner stakeholders. • Coordinate strategic meetings, communications, and relationship-building initiatives that strengthen partner alignment. • Partner closely with internal marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence. • Support the development and expansion of strategic partner relationships through marketing programs and ecosystem engagement activities. • Leverage partner insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimize program effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and receptive to feedback in a fast-changing environment.
