Payment Operations Manager

Growe

• Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams; • Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each; • Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method; • Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans; • Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams; • Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations; • Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods; • Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms); • Handle requests from customer support; • Test new payment methods integrations/deployments; • Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist in online payments;
  • Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information;
  • Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;
  • Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
  • Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;
  • Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.;
  • Experience with the iGaming industry will be a plus.

This role will report directly to the O&M Manager and play a key part in ensuring solar system performance, supporting installation partners, and streamlining project processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively with installation partners, and solve problems in real time. Previous residential solar experience is helpful, though not required, and success in this position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to balance monitoring responsibilities with installer coordination. Responsibilities - Oversee and remotely monitor installed solar systems.
