Role Description We are seeking a high-performing Meta Ads expert to lead the charge for a UK-based agency specializing in the renewable energy sector. This is not a generalist media buying role; it is a specialized position for a technical strategist who lives and breathes lead generation. As the primary driver of ROI for solar and battery storage clients, you will own the end-to-end performance of complex campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Launch, manage, and scale high-volume lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram daily. - Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from initial technical setup (Pixel, CAPI, and UTMs) to advanced horizontal and vertical scaling. - Monitor key performance indicators including CPL, CTR, Frequency, and Lead Quality, making proactive adjustments to combat creative fatigue. - Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels, utilizing A/B testing and CRO principles to maximize lead flow. - Manage client accounts independently, making high-level strategic decisions and communicating performance results clearly. - Collaborate with creative teams and account managers to ensure messaging aligns with lead quality goals. - Integrate lead data with GoHighLevel and other CRMs via Zapier and webhooks to ensure seamless lead nurturing. Qualifications - 5+ years of verified experience managing Meta Ads campaigns within an agency environment. - South Africa residency (Remote position). - Deep technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, Conversion API, and complex attribution settings. - Proven track record in high-ticket lead generation (Solar, Home Services, Real Estate, or B2B) rather than e-commerce. - Demonstrated experience in Landing Page/Funnel creation and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze data to drive strategy. - Leadership maturity with the ability to own accounts end-to-end and drive long-term client retention. Nice-to-Haves - Proficiency with GoHighLevel and automation workflows. - Experience with Zapier and lead-to-CRM integrations. - Familiarity with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns. Role Description The Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison is responsible for executing field medical activities that support the Medical Affairs strategy for marketed products and/or development compounds. The role applies strong clinical knowledge and field expertise to gather insights from the external healthcare environment and communicate these internally to support decision-making. The Senior Manager builds and maintains relationships with key external stakeholders and contributes to the identification of scientific and clinical trends within the therapeutic area. Working under the guidance of the Medical Affairs Lead and/or Medical Affairs Manager, the role supports the delivery of medical plans, contributes to the identification of data gaps, and helps ensure stakeholder information needs are met through appropriate scientific exchange. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid scientific expertise, effective stakeholder engagement skills, and a good understanding of the disease area and product landscape.
