HR Operations Manager, Global Sales

• Own and improve HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) • Manage payroll and benefits vendors (performance, controls, statutory compliance); HR Generalist runs monthly processing • Ensure local employment law compliance; maintain country contract templates and coordinate external counsel when needed • Coordinate commission governance and administration with sales and finance • Partner with the HRIS Specialist and HR Generalist to ensure accurate HR data, compliance and practical reporting • Support on complex ER cases from start to finish • Design and improve processes and automation in our HR system with the HRIS Specialist with focus on automation, data quality and practical use of AI tools where they add value.
Technical Project Manager

• Provide product and software training for U.S. and Canadian sales teams, channel partners, and end-users/customers. • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and deployment processes. • Coordinate information sharing with iLOQ Technical Managers in other regions. • Provide on-site and remote project management support while keeping stakeholders regularly informed of project status. • Provide technical sales support and collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Services. • Support channel partners, drive customer satisfaction, and stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. • Plan and oversee technical projects from kickoff through deployment, closeout, and customer handoff. • Track schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and escalation items, and provide regular status reporting. • Support installers, integrators, and channel partners during rollout, programming, commissioning, and go-live. • Validate that installations and project deliverables meet iLOQ standards, quality requirements, and best practices. • Serve as the escalation point for complex field and project issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams. • Capture customer, installer, and partner feedback and translate it into structured input for Product Management and R&D. • Support evaluation, coordination, and deployment readiness of key software integrations relevant to North American verticals. • Maintain accurate project, support, and training documentation, including lessons learned and improvement actions. • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to support project planning, deployment readiness, and solution fit.
QSR & Retail Sales Manager

• Drive net-new business across QSR and retail verticals with a focus on multi-site enterprise accounts • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to BANT criteria • Execute outbound strategies including targeted account penetration, cold outreach, and industry engagement • Identify and convert competitive displacement opportunities • Develop and execute account plans for national and regional QSR and retail brands • Navigate complex organizations including operations, facilities, security, and procurement stakeholders • Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and distribution to drive sell-through • Build joint go-to-market strategies and track co-selling activities • Articulate iLOQ’s value proposition: no batteries, no wiring, no infrastructure • Quantify Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) benefits and operational efficiencies • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within CRM (Dynamics)

• Design and implement a scalable, structured distribution program for North America • Own and develop a sell-through model that drives measurable, distributor-led revenue • Manage key distributor relationships and ensure revenue accountability • Enable sell-through by: Delivering distributor and partner training leading joint sales calls and field engagement conducting counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using BANT principles • Track and analyze KPIs such as: Revenue performance Partner activity Training completion and enablement • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support channel success.
Area Manager

• Ontwikkelen en vergroten van de bekendheid en toepassing van iLOQ-oplossingen binnen de Belgische markt. • Opbouwen en beheren van een sales- en projectpipeline via het iLOQ CRM-systeem. • Het prospecteren van nieuwe klanten door middel van netwerken, cold calling, bezoeken ter plaatse en andere middelen om interesse te wekken, samen met de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden, groeien, voeden en ontwikkelen van bestaande. • Actief prospecteren en uitbouwen van relaties met potentiële klanten. • Onderhouden, uitbreiden en verder ontwikkelen van het bestaande partner- en dealernetwerk. • Presenteren van nieuwe producten, oplossingen en diensten aan eindklanten en partners. • Fungeren als schakel tussen eindklant en partner en vlot communiceren op zowel management- als technisch niveau. • Ondersteunen, opleiden en begeleiden van iLOQ-partners zodat zij kwalitatieve installaties kunnen realiseren. • Actief bijdragen aan marketing- en promotieactiviteiten, zoals beurzen, events en sociale media.
