Title: Enablement Associate, GTM - (Chicago) Location: Chicago time type Full time job requisition id JR101056 Job Description: At Grubhub, we believe food is more than just a meal: It’s a source of discovery, connection, and pure enjoyment. There’s a time and place for every type of dish, from hidden neighborhood gems to tried-and-true favorites, and we exist to connect people with the food they love in all the ways they like to dig in. We’ve been at it since 2004, but now, as part of Wonder, Grubhub is operating with a renewed sense of momentum and the high-velocity energy of a powerhouse startup. As a leading U.S. ordering and delivery marketplace, we feature over 415,000 merchants in more than 4,000 cities, creating the ultimate food experience by elevating online ordering through innovative restaurant technology, easy-to-use platforms, and an improved delivery experience. We are constantly finding new ways to innovate—from integrated grocery delivery with groceries powered by Instacart to exclusive loyalty programs. Join our team, based out of New York City, Chicago and Denver, and help us give our diners the exceptional value they deserve. About The Opportunity Grubhub is looking for a high-energy, proactive, and innovative Enablement Associate to fuel the growth of our Merchant teams. This role is critical to our New Hire Onboarding and Continued Education strategy, ensuring our SMB and Enterprise (ENT) Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams have the knowledge they need to be successful in their roles and are always ahead of the curve. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning complex product updates and market shifts into actionable brilliance for our frontline teams. If you thrive on stage (physical or virtual), love simplifying the complex, and are obsessed with what’s next in Go-To-Market innovation, you’ll fit right in. The Impact You Will Make - Own the Learning Lifecycle: Co-design and facilitate training programs that span a GTM employee’s lifecycle, from new hire onboarding through continuous education. You’ll play a key part in ensuring new hires are productive from day 1, and keep our veteran reps sharp on advanced sales skills, new product features, and industry trends. - Lead GTM Launches: Act as the enablement lead for new product and marketing initiatives. You’ll translate GTM strategies into field-ready playbooks, talk tracks, and training modules that empower our teams to win. - Innovate Content: Move away from boring slide decks. You’ll create interactive workshops, bite-sized video content, and gamified certifications that make learning stick for busy sales and success professionals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted "micro-enablement" interventions. - Data-Driven Iteration: Don't just ship and forget. You’ll track program adoption and performance metrics to prove that your initiatives are actually moving the needle on merchant acquisition and retention. - Tool Advocacy: Maintain and optimize our enablement tech stack, ensuring that our SMB and ENT teams have the right resources at their fingertips the moment they need them. - An Energetic Facilitator: You command a room and can keep a video call of 50+ reps engaged, curious, and motivated. - A Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a training request to land on your desk. You listen to call recordings, spot trends, and build solutions before the leadership team even asks for them. - An Innovative Creator: You are interested in modern learning trends, AI productivity tools, and creative ways to deliver information that bypasses the "inbox clutter." - A Strategic Thinker: You understand the nuance between a quick SMB transactional sale and a long-term Enterprise partnership, and you can tailor your enablement approach for both. What You Bring To The Table - 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, Customer Success, or a high-growth Sales role. - Proven track record of content creation (playbooks, guides, or training decks) and live facilitation. - Exceptional project management skills; you can juggle a GTM launch while simultaneously running a weekly training series. - Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and modern LMS/Enablement platforms. Got These? Even Better - Experience in the Marketplace, FoodTech, or SaaS sectors. - Direct experience supporting both SMB (high volume) and Enterprise (high touch) sales motions. - A builder mindset; you are comfortable creating structure where none exists. - Familiarity with Change Management principles to help teams navigate evolving priorities. As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you. #LI-Hybrid Chicago: $67,500 - $77,500 per year. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Benefits We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.  We look forward to hearing from you! We'll contact you via email or text to schedule interviews and share information about your candidacy.
