Job Requirements
- Must-Have:**
- 5+ years of verified experience managing Meta Ads campaigns within an agency environment.
- South Africa residency (Remote position).
- Deep technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, Conversion API, and complex attribution settings.
- Proven track record in high-ticket lead generation (Solar, Home Services, Real Estate, or B2B) rather than e-commerce.
- Demonstrated experience in Landing Page/Funnel creation and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze data to drive strategy.
