• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships • Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) • Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars • Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant • Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

• Lead recruitment marketing campaigns for priority talent segments in India and other emerging markets, from planning through launch and optimization • Adapt and activate Aptiv’s employer brand across digital, social, and candidate-facing channels for local audiences • Create and manage content that brings Aptiv’s EVP, culture, career opportunities, and employee stories to life • Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional stakeholders to support hiring campaigns, events, university engagement, and talent community activation • Track campaign performance, audience insights, and channel effectiveness to inform recommendations and improve results over time • Strengthen employer brand consistency across job content, social media, events, and other candidate touchpoints

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across French-speaking markets • Identify, negotiate and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners • Develop and execute acquisition strategies focused on sustainable growth • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance across CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid deals • Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product and Compliance teams • Represent the business at industry events and conferences

• Develop tools, automations, templates, frameworks, and scalable solutions to improve the connection between compensation, performance, attrition, hiring, and staffing • Support strategic initiatives such as people analytics, workforce planning, pay equity, compensation cycles, STIP, LTIP, pay transparency readiness, and organizational redesign • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, models, and decision frameworks • Identify repetitive or low-value work and redesign it using AI-enabled solutions • Help codify compensation philosophy, governance, and decision logic into scalable systems • Contribute to the evolution of Harriet, the internal AI assistant, through knowledge architecture, workflow integration, and database maintenance
