Role Description The Analyst, Accounts Payable will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial records and maintaining strong vendor relationships. With 2–3 years of experience, the candidate is expected to handle complex reconciliations, assist in month-end closings, and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Invoice & Payment Processing - Manage the full-cycle AP process: coding, matching (2-way/3-way), and entering invoices. - Review and verify payment requests, employee reimbursements, and credit card statements. - Schedule and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, Wire etc.) while ensuring compliance with internal controls. - Vendor Management & Reconciliation - Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and dispute resolution. - Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Month-End & Financial Reporting - Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing AP accruals and aging reports. - Reconcile the Accounts Payable sub-ledger to the General Ledger. - Monitor AP aging to ensure timely payments. - Prepare ad hoc financial reporting and analysis and complete special projects, as needed. - Compliance & Process Improvement - Ensure all payments adhere to company authorization limits and VAT/Tax compliance regulations. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Suggest and implement improvements to the AP workflow to increase accuracy and reduce manual entry. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). - Hands-on experience with ERP and T&E systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). - Strong understanding of GAAP and the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle. - Team player with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for negotiating with vendors and aligning with internal teams. • Build and maintain production ML systems: Contribute to existing ML-based services, from training pipelines to production performance optimizations. • Own services end-to-end: Design, build and maintain production services - from a PoC all the way to a functional cloud deployment. • Partner with product and data science: Work with PMs, data scientists, and other engineers to translate research and business questions into shippable ML. • Understand the platform: To facilitate the above, you’ll work in Databricks, AWS and other tooling to be able to analyze, understand and present the data, metrics and insights needed to help make the best decisions for the platform. • Contribute to the team's standards: Review not just code but the ML side of the work as well - evaluation standards, model documentation etc. • Leverage AI tooling: Use Claude Code and agentic programming tools to accelerate the boilerplate so you can focus on the modelling decisions that actually matter.

Role Description As a Data Scientist at Cint, you will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation AI solutions that power our product portfolio. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will bridge the gap between traditional research data and synthetic intelligence. You will focus on the research, validation, and delivery of models—including Large Language Models (LLMs)—that augment high-quality human signals across the Cint Exchange. This role involves advanced data mining, robust data validation, and the development of sophisticated statistical and machine learning methodologies. The ideal candidate can independently research, develop, and maintain high-impact solutions that align Cint’s AI capabilities with market research trends, contributing to the technical roadmap for Cint’s proprietary synthetic data platform. Responsibilities - Contribute to the research, discovery, and development of machine learning models - specifically focused on synthetic row generation, open-ended text generation, and data augmentation. - Execute statistical tests and experiments to validate LLM performance and synthetic modeling hypotheses. - Develop logic for on-demand and dynamic boosting capabilities, collaborating with Engineering to integrate these models into Cint Exchange fielding workflows. - Design and refine sophisticated profiling taxonomies, leveraging large-scale datasets to create syndicated audiences. - Manage technical workflows and development cycles with guidance. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support integration. - Create clear, effective prototypes and deliverables that explain and defend complex Generative AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Data Science capacity, with experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions. - A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. - Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, particularly for applications in text generation and data synthesis. - Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques: hypothesis testing, sampling theory, experimental design, and causal inference. - Strong knowledge of a variety of ML techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world trade-offs. - Expert proficiency in Python (DS/ML stack) and experience with frameworks used for LLM development and fine-tuning. - Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases. - Ability to research and adopt new methods.
