• Provide top-notch customer support for Cint platform users • Investigate and resolve customer issues • Create and review technical documentation • Understand client requirements and translate into actionable tasks • Classify submitted bugs by severity • Debug API integrations • Coach clients on adopting key features

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s APIs for global partners • Collaborate with Cint’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex partner integrations • Use tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations • Review new customers’ technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to product teams • Serve as the ultimate escalation point between external engineering teams and internal Sales/Customer Success units.

Role Description Cint is looking for a Senior Consultant for our Demand Integrations Team, focussing on Cint built integrations and custom solutions, reporting directly into our global lead. This is a senior role, supporting selected high profile customers across the globe, working closely with our internal engineering team and coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments. The Senior Consultant will have their own portfolio of global customers, offering them a white glove service. Key for these customers will be to onboard them to Cint’s APIs in a smooth and efficient way and once the integration is live, continue to help customers optimize it to meet Cint’s success metrics. The Demand Integrations team's mission is to support our customers with technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations. As a Senior Consultant, Demand Integrations, you will be responsible for: - The success of new and existing integrations and/or custom solutions - The successful roll out of new integrations - The consistent optimization of all solutions in your portfolio Additional metrics for every Senior Consultant are: - The health of the customer’s integration - The growth of the customer - The speed to launch for every new customer The Senior Consultant works closely with the Demand Integration Engineers, Customers Success teams, Account Management teams and also the stakeholders on our R&D team while also aligning globally with their EMEA/APAC counterparts. Qualifications - Technical experience relating to REST APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations - Experience in direct customer communications - Experience with onboarding customers to a tech solution and being aware of a customer life cycle beyond the onboarding process - Metrics and logs analysis in terms of customer problem solving - Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods - Strong communicator and flexible team player - Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders - Tech-savvy with key features expertise: postman/Bruno, git/github, SQL, Linux, basic API troubleshooting, basic code/engineering knowledge - Solid understanding of Omni, Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch or similar - Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysis - Must be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Confident in speaking and writing in English Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred) or equivalent technical experience - Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go) - Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure - Additional language skills beyond English Benefits - Remote working fully supported - Opportunities for personal growth and initiative - Encouragement of creativity in a fast-paced environment
