• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap across Casino and Sportsbook verticals • Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into differentiated product strategies • Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value initiatives • Present strategic updates and product performance at Executive and Board level • Lead and oversee the full Casino product portfolio including: Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Originals, Crash games, Crypto-native gaming products • Drive content strategy with external providers and studios • Optimise lobby experience, promotional mechanics, and retention initiatives • Own end-to-end Sportsbook product strategy • Lead initiatives across: Pre-match and live betting, Bet Builder, Cash Out functionality, Live streaming integrations, User engagement features • Drive a seamless crypto journey covering deposits, withdrawals, wallet experiences, and user onboarding • Work closely with technical teams and external blockchain partners • Evaluate opportunities across: Crypto payment innovation, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi integrations, Emerging technologies • Champion intuitive and engaging UX experiences across mobile and web platforms • Oversee: User research, A/B testing, Experimentation programmes, Product analytics • Own product KPIs including: Activation, Retention, Session metrics, Feature adoption, NPS, Revenue contribution • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing Product, UX, and Analytics teams • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement • Work cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams

• Maximize revenue from assigned customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Act as the primary point of contact for customers • Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly • Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team • Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions • Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Partner with Product teams to identify analytical needs and support data-driven product development initiatives • Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and customer journeys to uncover meaningful insights and opportunities for optimisation • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key product KPIs including: Engagement, Retention, Conversion, Feature adoption • Support product strategy and prioritisation through performance analysis and ongoing monitoring • Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation goals • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on user trends, product performance, and emerging business opportunities • Support experimentation initiatives including A/B test setup, monitoring, and result interpretation • Ensure analytics implementation and tracking quality by partnering closely with technical teams • Translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to analytics tooling, best practices, documentation, and process improvements • Stay updated with emerging trends and analytical methodologies to continuously enhance product insights capabilities

• Conduct end-to-end user research across the customer lifecycle, including registration, first deposit, activation, retention, churn, and reactivation journeys • Analyse payment and wallet experiences, including deposit flows, payment method coverage, withdrawal journeys, and transaction clarity • Evaluate promotional mechanics and user engagement across features such as wagering requirements, bonus structures, and campaign interactions • Support audience segmentation initiatives and help create tailored UX experiences for different user groups including VIP, high-value, casual, and recreational customers • Research and optimise vertical-specific user journeys including Sportsbook, Casino, and Live Casino experiences • Conduct market-specific and localisation research to improve regional user experiences • Partner with Product teams to proactively identify research opportunities and influence product strategy • Design and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including: Usability testing, User interviews, Surveys, Ethnographic research, Behavioural and data analysis • Translate findings into actionable insights and deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders • Advocate for users and ensure research findings directly influence product decisions • Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle • Improve research frameworks, methodologies, tooling, and internal research processes • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging UX research practices

• Own and develop the global affiliate strategy across casino and sportsbook verticals • Define and track key KPIs including FTDs, NGR, LTV, ROI, and payback • Build a scalable, long-term affiliate ecosystem focused on sustainable growth • Align affiliate activity with Risk, Compliance, CRM, BI, and other internal teams • Recruit, onboard, and grow a diverse portfolio of partners • Negotiate commercial terms (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, fixed fees, bespoke deals) • Manage and retain high-value, top-tier affiliate partners • Identify and remove low-quality or fraudulent traffic sources • Drive revenue growth through strong partner relationships and commercial optimisation • Own performance reporting and insights in collaboration with BI teams • Monitor and optimise conversion, player quality, LTV, fraud, and bonus abuse • Test and implement new acquisition models, funnels, and partner types • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, RG policies, and jurisdictional regulations • Support fraud detection and prevention in collaboration with internal teams • Review affiliate deals as first line of approval before escalation • Mentor and support Affiliate Managers through coaching and training • Improve internal workflows including onboarding, deal approval, and optimisation processes • Coordinate promotional materials and exclusive offers with partners • Oversee affiliate settlements and ensure accuracy of payments • Collaborate across CRM, Product, BI, Legal, Media Buying, and Social Media teams • Support alignment across acquisition channels and campaigns • Represent the business at industry events and conferences
