This role supports employee lifecycle execution through systems, data, and automation delivery. Executes hire-to-exit workflows accurately, supports HR Systems administration in ADP, supports Benefits and Leave Administration as necessary, and enables scalable, self-service employee experiences. Position Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in New Hartford, NY Reports To: Regional Manager, People Operations - Americas What We’re Looking For: · 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems Administration, or employee lifecycle roles. · Hands-on experience supporting HR Systems with strong data integrity practices. · Comfortable working with digital tools, AI, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. · Demonstrated ability to execute operational work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. · Strong understanding of hire-to-exit processes · Experience supporting leave and benefits administration preferred. · Experience using ADP and FreshService (or similar) case management tools preferred. Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning: · Execute employee lifecycle actions from hire through exit including coordinating immigration processes with external counsel. · Perform data entry and support HR Systems administration in ADP, including data governance, audits, user support, testing, and system updates. · Partner with HR Systems on configuration, enhancements, and process improvements. · Support leave and benefits administration as needed, in partnership with the Total Rewards Administrator. · Enable digital workflows, employee self-service, and create opportunities for automation with AI. · Deliver clear employee communications tied to HR and Business initiatives and survey employee engagement · Partner with Strategy and Integration HR Pillars to operationalize HR products and initiatives.
