Job Requirements
- Understanding of data mining principles, predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple systems
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify solutions in sprawling data sets
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Understanding of current data protection and privacy laws
- Basic technical expertise in statistical concepts
- Some programming skills with querying languages, SQL, SAS
- Understanding of statistical analysis and reporting packages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science

• Design, build, and deploy interactive visual reports and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop. • Construct robust semantic models, establish data relationships, and apply data filters or row-level security (RLS). • Write and optimize complex DAX and tune report performance for large datasets. • Partner with cross-functional business units to define reporting needs, gather business requirements, and drive BI adoption.
