(Remote) This Technology Role is Responsible for importing, cleansing, transforming, validating, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources with the purpose of creating presentations, graphics and reports. Maintain data integrity and quality to develop analytical solutions to turn data into insights. This technology person is has expertise in reporting tool and technologies on EPIC and/or other business intelligence tools. Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Designs and implement complex reports and dashboards according to the stakeholder needs and user specifications. 2. Is able to transform the data into usable formats in reports using subject matter expertise on the clinical or financial domains. 3. Translate business needs into technical specifications. 4. Design, implement and support data modeling and data warehousing projects. 5. Design, develop and optimize data transformations to import and export data from operational systems, vendor applications and data warehouses. 6. Advanced Report and Dashboard Development – is able to write complex queries, filters and is able to work as an administrator for the reporting platform. 7. Prepare design specifications and functional documentations for assigned business intelligence projects. 8. Manage and maintain the authorization and authentication for the users of the reports and dashboards, understand the security protocols. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or GED is required Experience: 5 years of experience, minimum 2 years of experience in related field. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to function area and related systems. Pay Range: $95,000.00 USD – $130,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. • Design, build, and deploy interactive visual reports and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop. • Construct robust semantic models, establish data relationships, and apply data filters or row-level security (RLS). • Write and optimize complex DAX and tune report performance for large datasets. • Partner with cross-functional business units to define reporting needs, gather business requirements, and drive BI adoption.

• Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions in Power BI • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and product teams • Translate business needs into detailed reporting requirements, data definitions, and technical specifications • Serve as a liaison between business users, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and BI teams to ensure alignment throughout solution delivery • Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and related reporting solutions • Develop scalable data models, measures, hierarchies, and governance-ready reporting definitions • Create intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences that support business decision-making and user adoption • Support deployment, publishing, permissions management, refresh schedules, and release coordination for Power BI solutions • Maintain documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, and business logic • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and standups • Gather user feedback and support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement of reporting solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Create and optimize data models for corporate reporting. • Develop metrics and advanced calculations using DAX. • Work with Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation. • Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) mechanisms. • Develop and maintain Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric. • Integrate Power BI solutions with Lakehouse and Data Warehouse on Fabric. • Ensure performance, governance, and quality of Power BI and Fabric environments. • Participate in CI/CD processes related to Power BI. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
