• Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting solutions • Partner closely with leadership to develop and maintain reports and dashboards • Analyze data sets, deliver insights, and make recommendations to improve business performance • Work collaboratively with Business Intelligence (BI) colleagues to facilitate efficient data collection and reporting • Drive standardization, quality and automation of data and metrics

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or health care
  • Five or more years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or Medical Affairs experience
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in common data-analytics tools, particularly data collection and visualization techniques
  • Strong critical thinking, learning agility, and decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and project-management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
