This role is focused on structuring and solving ambiguous client challenges, driving delivery across multiple workstreams, and influencing executive stakeholders without direct people or account ownership. You will operate as a senior advisor and delivery leader, partnering closely with Korn Ferry pursuit teams and client stakeholders to design and execute high-impact talent transformation initiatives. Your ability to combine consulting rigor, program leadership, and executive communication will be critical to success. What You Will Do Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex talent transformation engagements, including multi-workstream program leadership, stakeholder alignment, and outcome realization. Structure ambiguous client problems into clear workplans, hypotheses, and actionable solutions that drive measurable impact. Lead comprehensive assessments of client TA processes, operating models, and technologies, identifying opportunities for optimization and transformation. Lead critical client workshops and executive presentations, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Influence decision-making across senior client stakeholders without direct authority, building alignment and momentum in complex environments. Advise clients on the application of AI and emerging technologies within Talent Acquisition, identifying pragmatic opportunities to improve efficiency, decision quality, and stakeholder experience. Translate evolving TA technology capabilities into scalable, business-aligned solutions. Support pursuit teams by shaping transformation approaches, developing executive-level materials, and contributing to client presentations. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the impact of transformation initiatives and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional Korn Ferry teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions. Lead and contribute to strategic internal initiatives that support innovation and growth within the Talent Transformation practice. Professional Experience and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, transformation, or management consulting in complex, enterprise environments. Experience in management consulting or equivalent advisory roles strongly preferred, combined with practical experience in Talent Acquisition Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities. Strong program and project management discipline, including planning, risk management, and delivery governance. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations without direct authority. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level presentations and deliverables. Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives through clear, confident, and compelling communication. Strong problem structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking skills. Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, operating models, and technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools Familiarity with AI-enabled TA tools and digital transformation trends, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical applications. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective, scalable solutions. Highly agile, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy. Willingness to travel as required. Role Positioning This is a Senior Director-level individual contributor role, requiring deep expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead large-scale transformation through influence rather than direct people management or account ownership. The role provides significant exposure to senior client and internal stakeholders and high-impact transformation work, offering the opportunity to shape Talent Acquisition strategies and deliver meaningful business outcomes across complex organizations. SEPR is the College’s centralized HR shared service, providing consistent, efficient, and compliant payroll and human resources support across multiple academic and non-academic units. The team was established to streamline transactional HR processes, reduce administrative burden within departments, and deliver specialized expertise across staff, student, and academic employee populations. The HR Assistant Senior provides high-quality transactional support to faculty, staff, and student employees across assigned units. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of Workday payroll and HR processes, including student hiring, onboarding (I-9 verification), time and absence tracking, and costing allocations. The College of Engineering includes 10 academic departments and multiple interdisciplinary and non-academic units. This position supports a portfolio of units by processing payroll and HR transactions and ensuring consistent, reliable service delivery within the shared services model. A key responsibility of this role includes managing the quarterly Academic Student Employee (ASE) appointment cycle, which involves issuing approximately 400 offer letters per quarter, processing Workday transactions, and coordinating tuition, benefits, and funding within the student system. The HR Assistant Senior also serves as the first point of contact for student inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance to ensure a positive service experience. This position serves as a key resource to faculty, department leadership, and students by providing expertise on payroll processes and Workday transactions. On-site presence is required at least three days per week to support I-9 and SSN/ITIN verification activities.
