Role Description Aretum is seeking a Program Manager responsible for leading the TSA Travel Services Support Program, overseeing program execution, contract deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with government travel policies and regulations. This role requires strong project management expertise, risk and quality control oversight, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while serving as the primary liaison to government leadership and ensuring operational continuity in a secure environment. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. - Provide Project Management and overall program execution to the TSA Travel Services Support Program. - Develop work products, documents, decision papers, presentations, and memos; provide consultative comments, assessments, and recommended edits when requested. - Leverage the entire Contractor team’s expertise and knowledge where necessary. - Possess at least eight (8) years of recent experience as a task lead directing personnel responsible for TSA Travel Support Services or similar program operations. - Experience in government travel policy, operations, and systems (preferably ConCur). - Direct and coordinate the task-specific actions of other program contract support, ensuring timely submission of all contract deliverables. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), and Government Task Manager (GTM). - Develop and maintain key program documentation including the Project Management Plan (PMP), Implementation Plan (IP), Quality Control Plan, Subcontractor Management Plan, Staffing Matrix, and Outgoing Transition Plan. - Conduct and lead weekly progress meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas and reports. - Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to TSA Travel Support operations and ensure compliance with all governmental policies and regulations. - Apply excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with government stakeholders and contract team. - Exhibit the ability to manage risk, ensure quality control, and maintain operational continuity as pertains to TSA Travel Support Services. Qualifications - BS Degree and (8) Years of Project Management Experience or equivalent. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders and contract delivery team. - Capability to secure DHS Suitability. - Ability to manage risk, ensure quality control, and maintain operational continuity in a secure environment. Requirements - Travel Policy knowledge and expertise, including understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations, government travel card policy, voucher auditing, etc. - Oversight of charge card program(s) for purchase or travel. - Familiarity with e-learning platforms, development of SOPs, and writing program guidance. - PMP certification. Travel Requirements This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
