Role Description AMFM Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is essential in providing high-quality psychiatric care to adults and adolescents in our residential treatment program. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat clients in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and others. • Manage the client relationship and on time delivery of program objectives. • Oversee the coordination and management of a program by monitoring program/project status, adhering to timelines and budgets. • Act as the primary liaison between the client, business development, and the project team. • Works closely with laboratory management to ensure that the project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments. • Negotiates and makes real-time decisions with the client. • Drives compliance to company and project management standards across departments. • Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. • Facilitate routine client facing meetings and attends internal meetings. • Responsible for client project prioritization.
