Role Description AMFM Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is essential in providing high-quality psychiatric care to adults and adolescents in our residential treatment program. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat clients in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to patient-centered treatment. Key Responsibilities - Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments - Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to deliver effective treatment - Develop and manage individualized psychiatric treatment plans - Prescribe and monitor medications, adjusting as needed - Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results - Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records - Coordinate care with nursing, clinical, administrative, and billing teams - Support pre-assessment and approval processes for incoming clients - Participate in quality assurance, program development, and training - Perform other medical and psychiatric duties as assigned Qualifications - Must be 21 years of age or older - Active and current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Washington at a minimum. • Manage the client relationship and on time delivery of program objectives. • Oversee the coordination and management of a program by monitoring program/project status, adhering to timelines and budgets. • Act as the primary liaison between the client, business development, and the project team. • Works closely with laboratory management to ensure that the project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments. • Negotiates and makes real-time decisions with the client. • Drives compliance to company and project management standards across departments. • Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. • Facilitate routine client facing meetings and attends internal meetings. • Responsible for client project prioritization.

• Lead core teams and conduct regular project meetings • Supervise assigned deliverables, develop timelines, and provide project updates and reports to senior leadership • Guide the development, validation, translation, and implementation of assays • Work closely with the clinical laboratory, R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and external partners to define project deliverables • Identify potential risks and issues, along with developing effective mitigation strategies • Maintain clear communication lines with all team members, providing regular updates on project status and achievements

• Leading the day-to-day execution of Evergreen’s clinical quality programs • Managing the performance of Quality Improvement Specialists (QIS) and related quality roles • Ensuring consistent execution of quality workflows • Driving accountability for care gap closure • Supporting performance improvement across HEDIS, Medicare Stars, CKCC, and other value-based care programs • Ensuring that frontline operations align with NCQA accreditation standards • Overseeing documentation practices, workflow adherence, and compliance • Coordinating resources and support teams to meet program deadlines and deliverables
