Role Description Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Fiscale Groupe, le/la Directeur(trice) Fiscal(e) EMEA est responsable de la fiscalité internationale sur le périmètre Europe, Moyen‑Orient, Afrique et Asie centrale. Il/elle intervient comme référent fiscal régional auprès des équipes Projets et accompagne les projets de développement du Groupe tout en assurant la supervision de la fiscalité corporate des entités de la zone. Principales responsabilités : - Projets de développement - Accompagnement fiscal des projets internationaux : appels d’offres et M&A - Définition des structures d’implantation et d’exploitation la plus pertinente - Analyse des impacts fiscaux et rédaction de notes d’analyse - Revue des clauses fiscales contractuelles (contrats de concession, contrats clé en main de construction et maintenance, contrats de services, vente d'équipements) - Gestion des problématiques de prix de transfert - Contribution aux due diligences fiscales - Identification, analyse, sécurisation des risques fiscaux, négociation des clauses fiscales - Accompagnement des phases d’intégration post‑acquisition et de réorganisation - Fiscalité corporate - Revue des charges d’impôt (budget, clôtures) - Supervision des enjeux de prix de transfert (politiques, documentation locale, CbCR) - Assistance aux filiales lors des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux - Conseil aux équipes locales en matière d’IS, TVA et fiscalité locale - Accompagnement fiscal des créations, restructurations et liquidations d’entités - Management et animation - Management direct d’une équipe de trois collaborateurs - Développement des compétences et accompagnement des équipes - Contribution à la veille fiscale et à la formation des équipes Finance et Juridique Qualifications - Titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur en droit fiscal, droit des affaires, finance ou comptabilité (Master 2, DJCE, école de commerce ou équivalent) - Solide expertise en fiscalité internationale acquise au sein d’un groupe multinational, d’un cabinet d’avocats ou d’un cabinet de conseil - Spécialisation en fiscalité internationale, en prix de transfert ou en fiscalité des entreprises constitue un atout - Expérience confirmée en fiscalité internationale, prix de transfert, structuration de projets complexes et appels d’offres internationaux - Capacité d’analyse, de structuration et de pédagogie - Leadership fonctionnel reconnu et forte crédibilité technique - Maîtrise courante de l’anglais est indispensable Benefits - Équilibre entre vie professionnelle et privée - Poste ouvert au télétravail

Role Description The Director of Tax reports directly to the VP, Controller and will lead Curia’s global tax reporting and compliance processes with a strong focus on process, internal controls, efficiency, accuracy and audit-ready documentation. The Director of Tax will also be responsible for driving initiatives that optimize Curia’s effective tax rate, cash taxes and legal entity structure. - Develop and implement appropriate US and global tax planning initiatives and recommendations to optimize Curia’s effective tax rate and cash taxes and streamline Curia’s legal entity structure. - Responsible for Curia’s quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provisions and the internal controls and processes that support the fair presentation of Curia’s tax balances, in all material respects. - Accountable for all global tax compliance processes and for managing/supporting global tax audits and the internal processes and documentation, including transfer pricing documentation, necessary to be audit-ready and support Curia’s tax positions. - Responsible for managing the tax related requests associated with the annual financial statement audit and for developing the internal processes and documentation necessary to support the audit process in an efficient manner. - Design, implement and manage processes that support organized, efficient and timely compliance of non-income tax areas (sales & use taxes, gross receipts taxes, etc.). - Manage external advisors and co-source service providers and partner with Curia’s global accounting teams to deliver efficient and accurate tax reporting and compliance. - Provide tax guidance for all acquisition/divestiture transactions. - Monitor and analyze proposed and newly adopted tax legislation to ensure ongoing compliance with US Federal, State and non-US tax laws. - Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business. Qualifications - BS degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum of 10 years corporate or public accounting (or combination) experience with increasing responsibilities and global perspective. - Proven track record of setting aggressive goals and objectives and delivering exceptional results. - Strong understanding of US GAAP with an emphasis on ASC 740 and FIN48. - Expertise in domestic and international taxation, with a focus in tax accounting for multinational companies, accounting for cross border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax planning. - Deep understanding of ONESOURCE tax provision software. - Excellent organizational skills. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
