• Planning and execution of construction, renovation, and optimization projects in the laboratory environment. You will make a significant contribution to the further development and future viability of our sites. • Management of complex construction and transformation projects for laboratory and administrative sites. • Development and implementation of technical optimization projects with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Analysis and development of space and utilization concepts (layouts, densification, functionality). • Planning and implementation of technical solutions in the areas of HVAC and building services (TGA), taking into account the specific requirements of laboratory environments. • Establishment and implementation of modern, future-proof laboratory and building structures. • Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives across all project phases. • Coordination of internal and external project participants as well as active stakeholder management. • Support during commissioning, relocations, and site-related transformation processes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, building services/utility engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in construction and project management, ideally in laboratory, healthcare, or industrial environments.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC and technical building equipment (TGA/building services).
  • Experience implementing optimization projects (e.g., space planning, layouts, processes).
  • Understanding of complex technical, structural, and operational interrelationships.
  • Strong skills in interface and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, structured working approach and strong execution capability.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for projects and desirable presence at the Augsburg site 1–2 days per week.
