• Planning and execution of construction, renovation, and optimization projects in the laboratory environment. You will make a significant contribution to the further development and future viability of our sites. • Management of complex construction and transformation projects for laboratory and administrative sites. • Development and implementation of technical optimization projects with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Analysis and development of space and utilization concepts (layouts, densification, functionality). • Planning and implementation of technical solutions in the areas of HVAC and building services (TGA), taking into account the specific requirements of laboratory environments. • Establishment and implementation of modern, future-proof laboratory and building structures. • Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives across all project phases. • Coordination of internal and external project participants as well as active stakeholder management. • Support during commissioning, relocations, and site-related transformation processes.

Ladeinfrastruktur, Flottenintegration) - Aktive Identifikation und Nutzung unserer **Fördermittelprogramme** sowie Steuerung entsprechender Anträge und Projekte - Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Energiemanagementsystems nach **ISO 50001** - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen wie Medizintechnik, Einkauf und externen Dienstleistern - Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in den operativen Alltag – nicht nur im Reporting
