Role Description Als Partner Development Manager in der Region München bist du für das Wachstum unseres Partnernetzwerks in deiner Region verantwortlich. Du gewinnst neue Partner aus den Bereichen Wellness, Fitness und Gesundheit für ClassPass und baust Beziehungen zu bestehenden Partnern weiter aus. - Du identifizierst und akquirierst eigenverantwortlich Gesundheits-, Fitness- und Sportpartnerunternehmen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine eigene Sales Pipeline, von der Initiierung erster Termine bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss. - Du betreust deine Bestandskunden bei operativen Fragen und baust dabei langfristige und vertrauensbasierte Beziehungen auf. - Du identifizierst und nutzt Networking-Möglichkeiten, um starke Verbindungen innerhalb der regionalen Fitness- und Wellness-Community aufzubauen. - Du agierst mit einem Field-first-Mindset und priorisierst den persönlichen Kontakt vor Ort durch Besuche, Meetings und Events, während du Inside-Sales-Taktiken gezielt nutzt, um die Pipeline-Dynamik zu beschleunigen. - Du dokumentierst dein Vorgehen strukturiert in unserem CRM-System Salesforce und ermöglichst so eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit. Qualifications - 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, primär in einem schnelllebigen B2B-Umfeld. - Erfolgreicher Track Record und beständige Übererfüllung monatlicher Ziele. - Wohnort in München oder näherer Umgebung mit Kenntnis der regionalen Kultur und Besonderheiten. - Idealerweise erste Kontakte in die Fitness- und Wellnessbranche. - Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Salesforce oder Salesloft sowie Erfahrung mit der MS Office Suite. - Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region. - Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sichere Englischkenntnisse. • Own contractual activities from sales handover through project closeout, ensuring that contractual obligations are understood, managed, and resolved in a timely manner. • Lead contract analysis, negotiation, claims management, variation/change orders, customer financing requirements, and dispute avoidance/resolution on high-risk or escalated projects. • Identify, assess, and communicate contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks and opportunities, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues. • Advise project teams on contractual and regulatory/tax requirements, including notices, correspondence, deliverables, and compliance obligations. • Partner with project teams and customers to maintain clear understanding of contract terms and to support successful execution. • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Program Management, and other stakeholders to align commercial positions and resolve issues. • Support sourcing activities by preparing subcontractor and supplier flow-down packages and reviewing related contractual obligations. • Support management of customer and supplier claims, working closely with Legal and business teams on disputes and litigation as required. • Support project insurance administration, including submission, monitoring, and settlement of insurance claims. • Promote a collaborative working environment that drives functional engagement and supports delivery of project and services metrics. • Build consensus across internal and external stakeholders on complex or sensitive contractual matters. • Lead initiatives or workstreams related to contract process improvement and issue resolution • Contribute to the development and improvement of contract management processes, tools, and standards within the business.
