Role Description The purpose of the Resource Professional role is supporting the subvendor/supplier program and its population and its day-to-day operations. - Manage the day-to-day CWS operations for their respective portion of the program, including: - Management of the requisition process for assigned client - Prioritization of orders and requisitions - Expedient issue resolution - Further refining throughout the process with emphasis on responsiveness and customer service - May train or assign work to administrative staff depending upon engagement size - Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, maintaining and building new relationships, expectation management, and issue/conflict resolution. - Establish and develop manager relationships within assigned clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. - Help manage sub-vendor/supplier relationships for assigned clients, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and quality of each placement. - Fulfills client service through frequent interaction with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential business development opportunities. - Knowledgeable of and understands the contracted terms and conditions between TAPFIN and the client. - Responsible for ensuring resolution to day-to-day issues among the contractor/subcontractor population. - Financial and administrative responsibilities include supporting account growth targets and training of VMS software users. - Client Hiring Manager and Supplier relationship development: - Be aware of the client Hiring Manager projects and needs. - Understand the client/TAPFIN relationship and overall goals. - Drive stronger relationships with suppliers. - Be prepared for high-level discussions when needed. - Understand the RP role in Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO): - Understand the invoice process and supplier invoice resolution. - Invoice error prevention through accurate data in VMS tool. - Review DSO report for relevant contractors. - Participate in program expansion: - Review expansion opportunities with Hiring Managers. - Know the value of the MSP and RP role. - Be the expert in discussions around MSP solutions. - Be consultative and drive next steps with Hiring Manager. - Reallocate current team members for needed skills. - Be aware of the forecast and how direct HMs are a part of it. - Presentation Skills: - Make presentations to client hiring managers and suppliers. - Present TAPFIN strengths and differences with competitors. - Sharing Expertise: - Communicate with program team, suppliers, and program sponsors. - Regularly contact the client hiring manager during assignments/projects. - Work with suppliers and client managers on onboarding and offboarding. - Ensure a “customer service” rapport with client managers and suppliers. - Provide guidance regarding program guidelines and compliance requirements. - Gaining Exposure: - Understand and explain the vision and objectives of the Program Management Office (PMO). - Establish working relationships with PMO Director(s) and/or PM(s). - Effectively participate in a team environment. - Your Typical Day: - Requisition management (creation of job reqs, intake calls, etc.) - Non-requisition management (extensions, timesheets, offboarding, etc.) - Monitor and respond to program mailbox items. - Responsible for execution and meeting of program SLAs. - Responsible for creation/maintenance of Program Operating Manuals and SOPs. - This role may be remote, on-site, or in an office setting. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum three years staffing industry experience in a vendor on-site or account management MSP role. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant business experience.
