Role Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in manual testing, bugs tracking, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality, bug-free application. - Analysis of project requirements; - Drawing up and maintaining checklists, test cases; - Testing: functional, integration, regression; - Analysis of the conducted testing and creation of Bug reports; - Preparation of test reports, test plans (result, test coverage, etc.). Qualifications - Experience in functional, integration, regression testing; - Experience with web-application testing; - Experience with API testing / REST; - Experience in the browser developer console (page source code, requests, etc.); - SQL at the level of writing the simplest queries; - Understanding Agile practice; - Task/bug tracking in JIRA; Requirements - Nice to have: - Microservice architecture understanding; - HTML/CSS basics; - Test design techniques; - Logs analysis; - CI/CD basics; - Experience with automated test execution and maintenance; - Basic skills in writing automated tests. • Perform manual testing of our ERP system based on business requirements and analytical documentation. • Create, update, and maintain scenarios and test cases. • Report and document bugs and risks using defect management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps). • Define and prioritize acceptance test cases in alignment with user story acceptance criteria. • Monitor test coverage, making adjustments to maximize integration and coverage of user stories. • Review user stories and solution designs for testability, suggesting improvements. • Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans aligned with our Testing Strategy and Product Vision. • Measure and report on testing effectiveness, using customer satisfaction and other metrics.
• Perform thorough pre-certification testing based on Sony TRC (Technical Requirements Checklist) and Microsoft XR (Xbox Requirements). • Validate PS5 Pro specific requirements (ensuring compliance with enhanced performance modes, PSSR, and platform-specific visual guidelines). • Operate console developer hardware (DevKits), manage build installations, SDK updates, and log collection. • Isolate, document, and track certification-specific bugs in Jira (e.g., profile switching, network disconnection, save/load compliance, UI safe areas, controller disconnection). • Verify and regress compliance fixes provided by the development team. • Provide actionable risk assessment reports regarding submission readiness to Lead QA and Producer. • Assist in preparing submission packages and metadata via platform backend portals if required.
• Design, improve, and execute test scenarios for new and existing functionalities. • Use an exploratory testing approach on a daily basis. • Investigate, identify, and reproduce complex issues reported by users. • Participate in discussions about new projects and review feature requirements. • Communicate closely with your teammates and other teams to find optimal solutions.
