• Perform manual testing of our ERP system based on business requirements and analytical documentation. • Create, update, and maintain scenarios and test cases. • Report and document bugs and risks using defect management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps). • Define and prioritize acceptance test cases in alignment with user story acceptance criteria. • Monitor test coverage, making adjustments to maximize integration and coverage of user stories. • Review user stories and solution designs for testability, suggesting improvements. • Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans aligned with our Testing Strategy and Product Vision. • Measure and report on testing effectiveness, using customer satisfaction and other metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing and development.
- Strong analytical thinking and creativity to generate and prioritize effective test cases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and user-centric mindset.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken - ideally C1 level).
- Scrum working experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with ERP/Cloud testing environment.
- Experience with a lot of different testing techniques.
- Nice to have: Experience with API and UI testing.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium, Confluence, SpecFlow.
- Knowledge of Gherkin syntax.
- ISTQB Certification.
