About the team The Order Processing & Collections team manages customer transactions from order entry to payment. What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? - Reviewing and actioning internal cases in Salesforce, including refund requests, in line with company policies and standard service commitments. - Managing tax exemptions, chargebacks, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure accurate and timely transaction handling. - Reviewing sales orders, contract terms, and opportunities for compliance with ASC 606, US GAAP, and Finance Support Operations policies within ERP systems (NetSuite, Zuora). - Meeting month-end and quarter-end deadlines while providing timely cross-functional support to internal and external stakeholders. - Communicating professionally across teams and supporting internal/external audit requests through documentation and data gathering. - Contributing to special projects and initiatives as directed by Finance Support Operations leadership.
