Role Description We are looking for a Senior Data Product Owner to lead the delivery and strategic development of data-driven products and platforms. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation—owning the product lifecycle, translating business requirements into data solutions, and ensuring the integrity of data models and analytics pipelines, especially within the Azure ecosystem. - Define and prioritize the product backlog for data-driven initiatives, focusing on measurable business outcomes. - Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams. - Lead data product development using Agile methodologies, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews. - Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable data models and solutions. - Drive the design and validation of robust data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency. - Collaborate with Azure data platform teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable cloud-based data solutions. - Monitor and measure the performance of data products, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals. - Champion data governance, quality, and compliance practices across all stages of the product lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in Data/Analytics/BI roles, with 3+ years in a Product Owner or Business Analyst capacity. - Strong understanding of data modelling (relational, dimensional, and modern NoSQL/data lake concepts). - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Lake, etc.). - Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and technical requirements. - Proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Azure DevOps/JIRA. - Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Agile/Scrum certification is a plus (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM). • Participate in S/4HANA migration and transformation projects • Support the analysis, preparation, and migration of data • Assist with the configuration and use of SAP migration tools and our Natuvion migration suite • Support client projects from requirements gathering through to implementation • Prepare for and support workshops and project meetings

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance degree preferred. - MBA Degree is preferred. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, client management, engineering and/or utility-scale renewable or data center project development required. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy or data center development for a large, utility-scale developer, IPP or EPC is highly preferred. - Strong business acumen: strategic partnerships, innovation, project management, proposals, business development and consulting engineering. - Strong reputation in the power, renewable and/or data center markets, speaking and thought leadership experience at industry events, and solid working relationships with clients. - Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. - Possesses well-rounded knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of associated industries. - Proven experience in effective proposal development. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with current and potential clients and internal colleagues. - Demonstrates ability to influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels in the organization. - Demonstrated business development results and success. - Ability to travel. - Must have authorization to work permanently in the US.
