• Own the program management infrastructure: MoSCoW tracker, decision log, status reporting. • Bring informed program-level challenge on technical sequencing and delivery risk. • Own and maintain the MoSCoW priority tracker across all workstreams. • Maintain the program-level decision log. • Manage the cross-track dependency map across all active projects. • Produce weekly program status reports and executive readout materials. • Chair or co-chair weekly program cadence meetings. • Ensure stage gate preparation across program phases. • Proactively surface risks, assumptions, and issues before they stall the program. • Maintain a single source of truth for program status. • Support the development of decision and comparison matrices. • Coordinate across multiple implementation partners and internal teams. • Ensure that cloud platform vendor plans, risks, and dependencies are integrated.

• Design, implement, and optimize data models, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data storage, retrieval, and analysis needs. • Support strategic vision and roadmap for data architecture, in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and goals. • Define data architecture standards, best practices, and patterns to ensure the integrity, reliability, and scalability of our data assets. • Collaborate with cross-function teams, including software engineering, data science, and business domains to align data architecture initiatives with business requirements and technical objectives. • Architect and implement data integration solutions, ETL pipelines, and data governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all systems and processes. • Design and implement master data management (MDM) strategies, data quality management processes, and metadata management solutions to enable data governance and compliance. • Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize performance, cost, and scalability. • Build strong partnership with data engineering to ensure proper alignment fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Design and implement robust Microservices and Macroservices using Spring Boot, ensuring seamless integration with AWS SQS and DynamoDB. • Develop and document comprehensive RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger standards, while ensuring secure access through JWT implementation. • Maintain high standards of code integrity by achieving significant coverage through JUnit and Mockito unit tests, while utilizing SonarQube and Kibana to monitor code health and application logs.

• Develop and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Lead the creation, management, and evolution of compelling content tailored for various audiences and platforms. • Serve as the main point of contact for Applebox and other external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. • Analyze consumer data and market trends to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and identify new growth opportunities. • Manage and maintain all marketing collateral across both digital (social media, email, web) and traditional (print, events, OOH) channels. • Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every touchpoint of the customer journey.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade serverless functions using AWS Lambda. • Architect and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Java and TypeScript. • Build and maintain high-performance web applications, leveraging both Vue and React depending on project requirements. • Manage and optimize AWS cloud resources to ensure high availability and security. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. • Drive best practices in unit testing, CI/CD, and documentation to ensure a reliable and maintainable codebase.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges with persistence and creativity. • Design and implement elegant solutions that bridge front-end experiences with robust back-end systems. • Craft clean, efficient code in React, Vue, Angular, Java, and Node.js that solves real customer problems. • Take point on development initiatives while ensuring adherence to standards and quality. • Guide junior engineers by sharing your problem-solving approach and technical insights.

• Involved in design, development, implementation and maintenance of software applications. • Contribute to systems architecture and database design.

• Ensure data quality and reliability by implementing data quality checks, monitoring anomalies, performing root cause analysis on pipeline failures, and proactively identifying and resolving data or process issues impacting reliability, cost, or stakeholder trust. • Implementation & Operations: Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and orchestration components (e.g., Fabric Data Pipelines, notebooks) for patterns such as file drops, APIs, and database extracts. • Reliability & Quality: Ensure data integrity by implementing quality checks, monitoring anomalies, and performing root cause analysis on pipeline failures. • Architecture & Modeling: Develop curated transformation layers (Silver/Gold) aligned to defined grains and keys to publish reliable data products. • Operational Excellence: Operate and monitor platform components (schedules, alerts, runbooks) and maintain accurate “as-built” technical documentation. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with analytics/BI teams to ensure datasets support reporting needs and assist with validation and adoption.
