SAP Basis Performance Consultant Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania, USA Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per yr Job description We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis consultant to act as a performance advisor for complex SAP landscapes. This is an advisory role rather than hands-on system administration: the focus is on analysing environments and providing expert recommendations that optimise system performance and ensure compatibility with specialised transformation tools. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team delivering large-scale SAP initiatives, including data migrations, carve-outs, data deletions, upgrades and transformations. Your recommendations will directly shape how efficiently and safely these projects run. • Independent implementation of SAP transformation and data migration projects in the SAP Finance area – from analysis and design to technical implementation in the SAP system. • Development and implementation of technical migration and transformation concepts, including validation of migration results and optimization in test and production systems. • Standardization and rollout of SAP Finance services such as New G/L, S/4HANA Finance conversion, fiscal year changes, and currency modifications/introductions. • Functional (technical) leadership of subprojects and project teams in SAP Finance and S/4HANA projects. • Organization and conduct of technically oriented workshops, trainings, and meetings – including in international project contexts. • Technical consulting for our clients on SAP FI/CO and support in presales activities with a focus on SAP Finance and transformation topics.
