• Liderar a definição, evolução e revisão de arquiteturas em nuvem para novos produtos e sistemas existentes. • Atuar de forma **hands-on** na implementação de soluções cloud, garantindo aderência às boas práticas de arquitetura. • Projetar arquiteturas escaláveis, resilientes, seguras e orientadas a microsserviços e eventos. • Definir e implementar padrões de arquitetura, governança e boas práticas (infraestrutura, segurança, deploy e observabilidade). • Construir e evoluir infraestrutura como código (IaC), automações e pipelines de CI/CD. • Atuar com práticas de SRE, incluindo definição de SLIs/SLOs, estratégias de resiliência, troubleshooting e resposta a incidentes. • Liderar iniciativas de otimização de custos (FinOps), performance e eficiência operacional. • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, dados e segurança, influenciando decisões técnicas e arquiteturais. • Apoiar e mentorar profissionais mais juniores na evolução técnica em cloud e arquitetura. • Avaliar, propor e implementar novas tecnologias, serviços e padrões dentro da estratégia cloud da empresa.
Job Requirements
- Graduação em áreas de TI/Engenharia ou experiência equivalente comprovada.
- Forte experiência prática com AWS (nível produção).
- Experiência com pelo menos mais um provedor cloud (Azure ou GCP).
- Domínio de serviços como EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, além de serviços gerenciados modernos.
- Experiência sólida com administração de ambientes Linux em produção.
- Conhecimento em troubleshooting (CPU, memória, disco e rede).
- Familiaridade com shell scripting (bash), gerenciamento de processos, permissões, logs e tuning básico de sistema.
- Experiência com microsserviços, APIs, mensageria e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos.
- Conhecimento em padrões de resiliência (retry, circuit breaker, fallback, etc.).
- Experiência sólida com Terraform, CloudFormation ou similares.
- Experiência prática com pipelines de build, deploy e versionamento de infraestrutura.
- Capacidade de evoluir e automatizar processos de entrega contínua.
- Experiência com monitoramento, logging e tracing (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Capacidade de diagnosticar problemas em produção de forma eficiente.
- Vivência com incidentes reais em produção.
- Experiência com alta disponibilidade, escalabilidade e self-healing.
