Accounts Payable Administrator
WCG Services
• Ensures invoices and cash expenses are processed in a timely manner and accurately • Answers inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Helps resolve discrepancies and other issues with both internal and external collaborators • Contributes to the finance team and WCG with excellent collaboration and initiative • Provides routine data entry such as processing, coding, and posting invoices, as well as entering various journal entries • Maintains vendor accounts and helps troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise • Communicates with financial partners (external and internal) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of payments • Prepares cheques, EFT payments, wire payments, and transfers • Maintains month end accrual schedules and reconciliations • Prepares ad hoc reports as required • Prepares credit applications • Assists in the implementation of new software
Job Requirements
- Foundation accounting courses or equivalent relevant experience
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills
- Good technical skills relating to financial software programs
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and processing
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Navision or Business Central is preferred

Role Description We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. Depending on when supplier comps come in. • Filing annual 1099s • Cross-train as backup for the AR and Staff position when on vacation.
