• Collect, understand, analyze and interpret labour market information on a national, provincial and community level that provides value to various internal and external stakeholders in our company (e.g., for operational performance, business development, marketing, and strategic planning) • Identify and keep current on activities, policies and key personnel connected to WCG’s current and prospective funders/customers, including through media releases, social media and RSS Feeds • Work closely with the Employment Services, Contract Manager team to support in the evaluation of the Service Provider Network to support performance • Support the development of research projects (eg. WCG Employment Index) within WCG or with third party collaborators • Lead and participate in localization to meet Bid localization needs by catchment and/or community/neighbourhood level • Disseminate industry knowledge and labour market information to WCG stakeholders through an effective and efficient communication strategy (including graphs, interactive maps, Resource Spotlight) • Maintain and regularly update WCG’s Resource Library as well as summaries of best practices for serving specific Inclusion Groups. • Report out on inclusion groups within catchments (e.g. population stats by community and neighbourhood) • Provide labour market information and data for funder/customer required Annual Business Plans and other reports, including social and economic profiles of delivery/catchment areas
• Determine required rehabilitation assessments to further assess Participant’s capacity for improvement and clarify rehabilitation needs and coordinate as required • Ensure services and plans are needs-based, goal-oriented and align to program mandates of improving the six functional domains of well-being and reduce/eliminate barriers to re-establishment and are safe, cost-effective and of high quality • Develop thorough Rehabilitation Plan for program Participants in consultation with the Participant, their family/caregiver, Rehabilitation Service Professionals (RSPs) and the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) Case Manager • Act as the service integrator, collaborating equally with medical, psycho-social and vocational RSPs delivering services to participants • Empower Participant to problem-solve by exploring options of community-based interventions and resources to achieve desired outcomes • Identify barriers or risk factors contributing to suboptimal outcomes and pro-actively develop and implement strategies

• Location: Work from home anywhere in Canada • The Rehabilitation Service Professional - Vocational Case Coordinator (RSP Voc CC) is responsible for the receipt of new TSA and EECA referrals and the triage process. • The RSP Voc CC utilizes strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks while maintaining accuracy in their work. • The RSP Voc CC works effectively and in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders including, Rehabilitation Service Professionals – Vocational, Rehabilitation Service Specialists, and the Rehabilitation Service Professional team. • Work collaboratively with RSP Voc to expedite Participant consent forms and RSP consult • Accurate completion of RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process to assign TSA and EECA referrals and maintain communication with RSSs and RSP Vocs during the triage stage of the referral • Manage timely and appropriate assignment to RSP Voc to optimize the utilization of this resource and balance caseloads • Accurate and complete achievement in tracking referral assignment, and addressing referral inquiries from RSSs for TSAs • Improve operational efficiency by providing support to RSP Vocs in relation to mailing consent forms and faxing/following up on consults sent to treatment providers/RSPs • Complete the initial RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process, identifies the appropriate RSP Voc, demonstrating the ability to problem solve and collaborate with team members to achieve this target • Review the TSA and EECA referral details • Liaise with RSP Voc TM on referrals as needed • Conduct the triage RSP Voc Assignment Process • Accurately complete and/or updates referral assignment and consult follow-ups into Case Management software • Maintain awareness of RSP Voc team and their associated caseloads to efficiently assign referrals • Communicate any identified concerns or program needs to RSP Vocs and RSP Voc TL/RSP Voc TM • Actively participate in working groups, projects or initiatives to support continuous improvement in the program • Support the team and the RSP Voc TM to track program statistics
