• Responsible for the successful delivery of program services within their team • Provides mentoring and support to a team of Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSSs) • Ensures all relevant service standards and participant outcomes meet contract requirements • Maintains effective relationships with funders and Rehabilitation Service Professionals • Creates and maintains partnerships with service providers, community agencies, and employers to improve participant outcomes • Monitors staffing and capacity levels at the local team level
• Ensures invoices and cash expenses are processed in a timely manner and accurately • Answers inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Helps resolve discrepancies and other issues with both internal and external collaborators • Contributes to the finance team and WCG with excellent collaboration and initiative • Provides routine data entry such as processing, coding, and posting invoices, as well as entering various journal entries • Maintains vendor accounts and helps troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise • Communicates with financial partners (external and internal) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of payments • Prepares cheques, EFT payments, wire payments, and transfers • Maintains month end accrual schedules and reconciliations • Prepares ad hoc reports as required • Prepares credit applications • Assists in the implementation of new software
• Work with the User Support Team to resolve participant claim issues by responding to questions and resolving tickets in our ticketing system • Provide back up for User Support Team as needed – answering calls from participants and service delivery staff • Process client claims and service provider invoices in case management system accurately and ensures contractual and legislative requirements are met • Review, process, and invoice all RSVP services to the contractual standard as needed • Provide quality assurance for claims/invoices processed by other Claims Specialists • Answer inquiries from field staff regarding claims and other administrative questions via phone and secure message • Prepare cheques and EFT payments • Filing, mailing, scanning and other administrative tasks
• Lead the design and operation of WCG’s cloud platform as a product • Drive the shift to a modern platform engineering model focused on automation, self-service capabilities, and developer experience • Define, build, and operate the internal platform as a product, with clear users (developers, IT teams) and measurable outcomes • Develop and execute a platform roadmap, service catalog, and self-service capabilities including reusable components and standardized patterns • Continuously improve developer experience (DevEx) by reducing friction and increasing autonomy • Architect and manage cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies • Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) • Partner closely with Security teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and platform services
