• Design Strategy & Evidence-Based Discovery • User Friction Identification: Partner with Product and Engineering to analyze data and identify specific friction points within traveler flows. • Evidence-Based Approval: Accountable for the 'Validation Rate.' Ensure no design moves to production without sufficient user testing or data-backed confidence. • Quality Stewardship: Serve as the final point of sign-off for design outputs, ensuring every iteration meets brand standards and functional excellence. • AI-Augmented Engineering Delivery • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Use AI to shorten the gap between a problem and a testable solution. • Active Delivery Participation: Provide real-time UI/UX guidance in standups and refinements. • Design System Governance: Lead adoption of the Design System, preventing pattern fragmentation. • Cross-Functional Alignment • Brand & Intent Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing to ensure a seamless experience from the first ad to the product landing.
• Own and evolve the core architecture of our platforms • Define and guide the strategy for our cloud environments • Own the design and governance of data systems • Design and evolve automated pipelines for code deployment • Serve as the technical voice during product ideation • Partner with Engineering Manager to manage technical debt
• Conducting consultative sales calls developing quotes • Building relationships with potential clients through inbound lead sources (no cold calling) • Proactively closing leads • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Contributing to the development and growth of our elite sales team
• Own the quarterly eNPS process, moving beyond simple reporting to present and execute real strategies that improve team health and retention. • Lead the end-to-end planning of our company outings and annual retreat. • Oversee the coordination of travel and lodging for quarterly team meetings. • Polish the onboarding and offboarding process to remove friction and ensure a high-level experience. • Move us away from stale check-ins and toward a modern, data-driven review cycle that prioritizes timeliness and actual career development. • Partner with our outsourced IT team to coordinate equipment logistics and manage essential access, including employee logins and LastPass. • Mentor and manage our internal HR and recruiting team, setting the bar for speed and accuracy. • Act as a strategic right-hand to our department leaders, helping them navigate team dynamics, workload, and professional growth. • Map individual and team performance metrics directly to company revenue and profitability. • Oversee payroll, benefits, and multi-state tax compliance, while analyzing labor costs to keep us on track with our targets. • Lead our recruitment function to bring in elite talent while significantly reducing the time it takes to hire. • Optimize the screening process so senior leaders only spend time with the highest-quality candidates. • Create a recruitment brand that attracts A-Players who are motivated by high-performance cultures.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations in HubSpot and n8n based on specifications provided using Custom Code or Workflow Actions to handle logic that native nodes cannot. • Build and maintain custom UI extensions using HubSpot’s new Developer Platform. • Provide documentation on solutions you build • Assist the TPM in investigating and resolving escalated support tickets. • Provide assistance in quality assurance, testing, and debugging when requested. • Work with team members to understand and build in the eco-system • Participate in Meetings or Team Activities when required
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) • Develop and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and microservices • Design and manage data models for both SQL and NoSQL databases • Implement and maintain Unit and Integration testing suites to ensure code reliability • Manage Code repos and deployments using version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Create and maintain clear Technical documentation, including API documentation, system architecture maps, and readme files
