Job Description Summary: The Compensation Analyst is an established professional contributor responsible for independently managing moderately complex projects and assignments within the compensation function. The position requires broad knowledge of compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business to achieve operational and strategic results. Key Responsibilities - Independently administer compensation programs and policies, including base pay, incentive, and equity, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. - Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using internal and external data sources; provide strategic recommendations to ensure competitiveness and equity. - Support the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle (merit, bonus, equity). - Develop and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights to support People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders in making informed decisions. - Provide compensation guidance to business partners on job offers, promotions, internal movements, and pay program design. - Maintain and refine job architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment of job levels, titling, and market benchmarks across functions and geographies. - Participate in and help interpret compensation surveys; identify trends and recommend process or policy enhancements to strengthen compensation practices. - Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex compensation issues that may require explanation, interpretation, or negotiation. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope. - Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred). - Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain compensation concepts to different teams. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data. The Impact You&rsquo;ll Make in this Role In this position you will utilize your medical coding, billing, or clinical knowledge to develop software and data sets using information from national and state medical coverage policies. This involves extensive research of medical polices and utilizes clinical understanding to represent polices with medical terminology and medical codes such as CPTs, HCPCs and ICDs. Key skills to succeed include the ability to manipulate data, think like a programmer, and draw upon a clinical background, medical coding, or reimbursement knowledge. You will be working with a small passionate team and be involved in projects that improve medical billing, coding, and reimbursement across the nation. As a Medicare Policy Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Researching and analyzing Medicare payment policies and regulatory changes in order to organize and update content in our proprietary database - Preparing and delivering new files and updates to customers - Corresponding with CMS or other payers to clarify policy ambiguities or publication errors. Role Description Trulite is looking for an Order Entry Software & Process Analyst to support accurate and efficient entry of glass orders and assist with testing and improving our internal order entry software. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, familiarity with order processes, and an interest in improving how systems work. Primary Responsibilities: - Investigate, recover, and resolve dental claims issues, including handling and processing tax levies. - Initiate and conduct calls with providers to obtain information related to returned checks and payment discrepancies. - Investigate, manage, and pursue recoveries and payables related to subrogation claims, including file management. - Process claim recoveries accurately and in accordance with established procedures. - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, reimbursement guidelines, and contractual obligations. - Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Finance teams regarding dental claims and recovery matters. - Prepare and complete required financial reporting, including return checks, tax levies, and related activities. - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all finance-related inquiries from the claims processing team.
