Director FP&A Business Partner

Role Description The Director FP&A Business Partner will provide centralized oversight to enterprise budgeting, planning, and analysis. This role involves regular interaction with senior and executive leaders across the organization, supporting them with insights into budgeting and forecasting through effective and accurate financial reporting and analysis. - Leading a team of managers and analysts to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting of expenses and fee income at the functional level. - Collaborating with leaders across the entire organization to develop the annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts, as well as prepare appropriate reporting and analysis of performance against budget and forecast. - Developing trusting relationships with leaders throughout the organization to advise on optimal expense structure, fee income, and support capital initiatives as needed. - Professionally working with highly sensitive, confidential information for purposes of analysis and support of senior leaders. - Identifying data trends and variances, making recommendations for root cause and corrective actions. - Strategically helping leaders solve problems and develop reasonable plans that balance functional needs with enterprise financial/profitability goals and expectations. Qualifications - Outstanding knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles and practices. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills. - Energetic approach to the role with a sense of urgency and commitment to continuous improvement. - Effective leadership skills with the ability to organize staff for maximum efficiency, engagement, and development. - Excellent quantitative, analytical, and financial skills, with strong attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and effective management presentations. - Customer service focused and able to collaborate effectively across the organization. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. - Five years of experience in people leadership. - Ten years of relevant FP&A experience.
