Role Description The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in helping Phreesia’s client-facing Network Solutions teams succeed by developing and delivering strategic enablement programs, training, tools, and resources. Working cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market development, this role drives alignment, supports go-to-market initiatives, and equips teams with the knowledge and skills needed to increase productivity, improve performance, and deliver stronger business outcomes. What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing - Drive enablement strategy and go-to-market readiness: - Lead the development, coordination, and rollout of enablement programs for new products and strategic initiatives. - Partner closely with Client Experience, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Market Development teams to ensure successful adoption and execution. - Build and maintain enablement content: - Create, refine, and manage sales playbooks, presentations, SOPs, job aids, Confluence resources, and other collateral that support client-facing teams. - Develop impactful learning programs: - Design and coordinate foundational training, ongoing upskilling initiatives, and certification programs. - Serve as a trusted resource for client-facing teams: - Identify and surface the right tools, resources, and collateral at the right time. - Ensure materials are easy to access, easy to use, and consistently reinforced across supported teams. - Stay close to the business and the field: - Conduct market research, gather stakeholder and customer feedback. - Regularly observe team interactions through Gong, live calls, and in-person meetings. - Drive continuous improvement and measurable impact: - Contribute to the Sales Enablement roadmap, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across client partnership teams. Qualifications - Enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, compelling training, presentations, and enablement resources. - Thrive in cross-functional environments and are skilled at building relationships, managing projects, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. - Feel confident facilitating training sessions, presenting to adult learners, and coaching others through change and new initiatives. - Bring a proactive, creative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Have a passion for professional selling, continuous learning, and helping client-facing teams improve productivity, effectiveness, and customer outcomes. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, Customer Solutions, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Program Management, Adult Learning, Education, or related roles, ideally within technology industries. - Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. - Ability to travel up to 10%.
